Our business is expanding, and we are seeking a vibrant, energetic, experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic and growing team at Surf Toyota.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and implementing policies and training plans.

- Address general HR inquiries and offer support to staff.

- Support managers with HR related issues and development.

- Liaise with the Motor Traders Association on our behalf.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.

Requirements:

- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
