Our client is currently seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist passionate about supporting adolescent and adult clients with swallowing and communication management in hybrid settings across the Sunshine Coast.
Key Highlights:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $112,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
- Caseload Split: ~70% NDIS & ~30% Support at Home
- Hybrid Delivery: Community-based clients plus clinic appointments (you can structure your days) - clinic based near Kuluin

- Caseload: Adults and adolescents requiring swallowing and/or communication support (approx. 70% NDIS / 30% Support at Home).
- Travel made easier: Company car provided (km reimbursement if using your own vehicle). Travel is grouped into zones to minimise driving.
- Local coverage: Typically either Sunshine Coast North + Gympie or Sunshine Coast South + Moreton Bay.
- Structured Induction with a gradual increase of caseload over 4-6 weeks.
- Admin support: Strong admin team managing bookings, billing, and service agreements.
- Clinical Supervision: Fortnightly/monthly for experienced clinicians, with Speech Pathologist-led support.
- Team & development: Join 3 Speech Pathologists and 11 OTs, with weekly training/meetings. New Grads receive a 2-week induction with shadowing and supervised practice, plus extra time to build confidence.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
