Job Title: WHS Coordinator / Officer

About the Role:
Support day-to-day WHS activities across engineering and manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance, effective risk management and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain WHS policies, procedures, registers and documentation.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments and workplace inspections.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate WHS inductions, training and toolbox talks.
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation and relevant standards.
- Support internal/external audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide practical WHS support to engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to the organisation's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Qualifications:
- Previous WHS Coordinator, WHS Officer or similar experience.
- Cert IV in WHS or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and risk management.
- Experience with WHS documentation, audits and compliance.
- Experience with Integrated Management Systems highly desirable.
- Exposure to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO 14001, ISO 31001 and/or ISO 27001 advantageous.
- Aerospace, defence, engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be an Australian citizen
