CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber to join a growing, family-owned plumbing business specialising in high-end residential renovations across Perth.

About the Role
Working across luxury residential renovation projects, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing installations and alterations while working closely with clients, builders and other trades.
Your duties may include:
- Plumbing installations for high-end residential renovations
- Water and drainage installations and alterations
- Bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovation plumbing
- Rough-ins, fit-offs and final connections
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Identifying and resolving plumbing issues onsite
- Ensuring all work meets relevant plumbing codes and standards
- Coordinating with builders, trades and clients
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and presentation
About You
To be considered, you will need:
- WA Plumbing Licence / relevant plumbing qualification
- Strong residential renovation experience – essential
- Previous experience on luxury or high-end residential projects highly regarded
- Ability to confidently read plans and drawings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
This role would particularly suit an experienced plumber looking to move away from FIFO or large construction environments and into a secure Perth-based position with a family-focused business.
