We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to support a participant in Wadalba on the Central Coast.

This is a consistent, part time opportunity for a Support Worker who enjoys supporting participants with their daily routines and community participation.

Shift Details

- Location: Wadalba, Central Coast
- Days: Wednesday or Thursday – flexible with the day
- Hours: 3 hours per week
- Times: Approximately 3:30pm–6:30pm or 4:00pm–7:00pm
- Start time: Adaptable
- Gender preference: Female Support Worker

About the Support

The successful Support Worker will assist the participant with their after-school routine and support them to participate in the community.

Duties may include:

- Supporting the participant with their after-school routine
- Community access and participation
- Taking the participant to the park,



shops and other local activities
- Encouraging independence and engagement in the community
- Providing companionship and positive support

There is no personal care involved in this role.

- Able to commit to a regular weekly shift
- Available Wednesday or Thursday afternoons
- Passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
