An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Consultant to join a leading residential property business, working across established residential resale properties.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a strong flow of enquiry, established databases, and quality residential stock while building your own client relationships and sales pipeline. Combining listing, selling, buyer management, and database nurturing, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to accelerate their career within a structured and high-performing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing and nurturing an existing database of buyers and sellers
• Generating and converting listing opportunities
• Selling residential properties
• Conducting buyer appointments, inspections, and sales presentations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Following up leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline
• Managing CRM activity and database engagement
• Working closely with internal sales and marketing teams
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieving individual sales targets and performance goals
What We're Looking For:
• Previous residential real estate sales experience
• Robust listing, selling, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into results
• Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
• Experience working with databases and lead management systems
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence preferred
