We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the People team at Brisbane HQ
You don't need recruitment experience. What you do need is a real understanding of our brand. You know what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced retail world, what it takes to make sure our customer has a special experience every time, and what it takes to meet a store budget.
This role is based at Eagle Farm; it is permanent full-time Monday to Friday. You will report into our Talent Partner who will provide you with on-the-job training and support you as you develop in the role.
What You'll Do
Work with our Talent Partner on Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader recruitment sourcing, screening, and coordinating through to offer
Build and keep candidate pipelines warm through job ads, referrals, and our own talent pools
Run structured phone screens that get to the heart of what a role and store need
Coordinate interviews, reference checks,
and right-to-work compliance
Quote correct salary and incentive information and keep our systems and records accurate and up to date
Make every candidate feel the Lorna Jane difference
