About the role:

Working within the Employment Law team, you will advise clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

- Employment contracts, policies and workplace compliance.
- Performance management, disciplinary matters and terminations.
- Workplace investigations and sensitive employee relations matters.
- Restructures, redundancies and organisational change.
- Employment disputes and workplace claims.
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions and business restructures.




- Managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior lawyers.

The ideal candidate:

- 4–6 years’ PQE with strong experience gained within a reputable employment practice, commercial law firm or relevant in-house environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across employment and workplace relations matters.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to providing advice.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- The ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a broader team.
