What You'll Be Doing:
You will be providing Physiotherapy services to clients through Support at Home.
Some regular duties include:
- Providing 1 on 1 evidenced based in-home Physiotherapy services such as exercises, rehab and pain management.
- Assessment of mobility and function for the provision of mobility and functional/exercise equipment.
- Implementing outcome measures - allowing for goal setting and accountability for clinical outcomes.
- As part of a Multi-D team, collaborate with other PTs & OTs (and other allied health), nurses, support workers, doctors and coordinators to ensure clients achieve their goals.
- Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriate.
What You'll Bring:
- Initiative and strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Valid Driver's license and own reliable and insured vehicle
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to use Practice Management Systems desirable (Nookal or similar)
- Valid National Police Check, NDIS Check or willingness to obtain
- First aid and CPR training
