Our client is a well-established women's fashion retailer seeking a Store Manager to lead their store and continue driving a positive customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, leading your team from the front and ensuring the store consistently performs to a high standard.

About the role

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the store's operations while creating a positive and productive environment for both your team and customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Driving store performance through effective leadership and commercial decision-making.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
- Managing rosters, stock, store presentation and day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards in line with company expectations.




- Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve results.
- Recruiting, training and supporting new and existing team members.
- Ensuring company policies and operational standards are consistently followed.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail.
- A strong background in leading and developing retail teams.
- A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills.
- Confidence working towards sales budgets and KPIs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
- A passion for fashion and creating a positive in-store experience.
