Outstanding Southland Bullion (GSB) is looking for enthusiastic and confident people to join our team located at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a customer-focused setting, and is interested in sharing details of our services with potential customers.

You'll play an important role in promoting GSB's gold and silver buying and selling services by speaking with potential customers, creating awareness of our brand, and helping people book appointments with our in-store team.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with shoppers from our kiosk at Chadstone Shopping Centre.
- Start friendly conversations and introduce customers to GSB's services.
- Promote GSB's gold and silver buying and selling solutions.
- Answer basic customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Distribute information material where appropriate.
- Book appointments for interested customers with our in-store team.
- Represent the GSB brand in a professional and positive manner.

About You

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in engaging with members of the public
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or promotional experience is highly regarded
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated
- Comfortable encouraging customers to book appointments
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passionate about delivering great customer experiences

Hours:

- Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm
- Sunday: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Pay Rates:

- Thursday and Friday: $39.87 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday: $47.39 per hour
