Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

- Define and govern the end-to-end architecture for the retail transformation program across business, application, integration, data, and technology domains.
- Assess and manage impacts to the existing utility landscape, with particular focus on retail systems and customer-facing platforms.
- Provide architectural oversight for integration platforms and ensure changes do not introduce unnecessary complexity or operational risk.
- Review cloud, performance, scalability, resilience, and security considerations across the solution landscape.
- Establish and maintain a consolidated architectural view of the retail ecosystem and associated dependencies.
- Produce transparent, concise, and high-quality architecture artefacts, standards, and decision records.




- Collaborate with business, delivery, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment to enterprise architecture principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- TOGAF certification strongly preferred.
- Experience within utilities, retail customer operations, billing, and integration-heavy environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms, and customer-facing application architectures.
- Experience supporting critical transformation programs with significant business and operational risk.

Required Skills:

- Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Integration patterns, Application, data, and infrastructure architecture design, Security architecture fundamentals
