Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions across the utilities landscape, with a strong focus on Asset Management and Field Operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of IT experience, including significant Solution Architecture / Lead Architecture experience.
- Strong experience delivering complex end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, APIs, integration, microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API management and messaging/event streaming.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, availability, resilience and disaster recovery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and architectural governance skills.

Key Responsiblities

- Lead end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integration, cloud/infrastructure and security.
- Translate business requirements into solution architecture, target-state designs and transition roadmaps.




- Define API, integration, event-driven, mobile/offline and OT/IT architecture patterns.
- Drive architecture decisions covering cloud, security, resilience, performance and operational readiness.
- Develop HLDs, architecture diagrams, data flows and architecture decision records.
- Lead architecture workshops, design reviews and governance.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, migration, deployment and transition to operations.
- Collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, delivery and vendor teams.

Utilities Experience – Highly Desirable

- Experience in electricity, gas or water utilities.
- Strong understanding of Asset Management and Field Operations.
- Experience with EAM, GIS, workforce management, scheduling and mobile field applications.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM or Esri ArcGIS is advantageous.
- Experience integrating ERP, GIS, customer systems, ADMS/SCADA/OMS or OT platforms is desirable
