Due to increasing demand from commercial property investors, we are seeking a Junior Sales & Leasing Agent to join our team, based out of our Port Melbourne office.

Main responsibilities include:

n

- Responding to leads generated from promotional activities
n
- Identifying new listing opportunities
n
- Negotiating sales and leases
n
- Managing online property listings
n
- Working collaboratively within the sales & leasing team
n
- Completing end-to-end sales & leasing processes
n
- Building strong client relationships
n




- Preparing listing campaign proposals
n
- Managing advertising campaigns
n
- Receive training and mentorship from our highly skilled and knowledgeable team
n
- Sales and leasing commissions payable on top of your base salary and superannuation
n
- In office car parking
n
- Commercial real estate operates from Monday to Friday
n

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Bachelor of Property and Real Estate (highly regarded)

- A confident and enthusiastic attitude
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Ability to work in a close team environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A drivers license & motor vehicle (essential)
