Wellbeing Services Senior Officer - Minjilang NT (Croker Island)

Located on the beautiful Croker Island - One-hour flight from Darwin (You are required to live on the Island)

This is a unique chance to live and work in beautiful Minjilang, a small island township on Croker Island just a short flight from Darwin, where sea country, solid culture and community spirit shape everyday life.

We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Wellbeing teams and coordinate vital programs in the vibrant community of Minjilang.

n

What you'll do:

n

n
- Lead teams in Sport and Recreation, Creche, Night Patrol, Community Care, and Broadcasting
n
- Develop and implement engaging community initiatives
n
- Provide administrative support and ensure timely reporting
n

n

What you'll need:

n

n
- Diploma in Business or Community Services or 2 years of demonstrable experience
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n




- Cultural awareness and appreciation of remote Indigenous communities
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information technology
n
- Current NT Driver's License and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
n
