Gambaro Group is bringing its signature deli & café experience to Coolangatta with Mamma G’s. Senior and Junior Chef de Partie positions are available in a fast-paced kitchen, offering you the opportunity to run your own section and deliver high-volume service with consistency.

You should have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, café or casual dining experience, and a positive, skilled attitude. Teamwork and continuous improvement are highly valued.
