Monster Hire is looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Hand / Machinery Detailer to join our busy team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, isn't afraid to get dirty, and enjoys working around machinery in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for preparing, cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensuring machines are presented to a high standard and ready for hire. You'll work closely with the team to keep yard operations running efficiently day to day.

What We're Looking For

- Experience around machinery or a robust mechanical mindset
n
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
n




- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
n
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
n
- Forklift and/or Skid Steer ticket (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised
n

Requirements

- Own transport (site located 20km NE of Chinchilla)
n
- Non-smoker
n
- Willing to undergo pre-employment medical
n
