You will work across the bank on significant economic priorities, with meaningful ownership, exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to build broader leadership capability over time.
We are looking for a First Nations person who is curious,ambitiousand thoughtful, with strong commercial instincts and a genuine interest in turning economic opportunity into practical outcomes.

You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into clear briefs, papers,communicationsand recommendations.
- Strong commercial experience and judgement, with an understanding of customers, markets and how to turn economic opportunities intoviablebusiness pathways.
- An understanding of First Nations economic development and where financing, products,partnershipsor other business levers can create value.
- Strong data and reporting capability, including managing performance information, trackingcommitmentsand communicating progress clearly.
- Strong relationship and influencing skills, with the confidence to work acrossdifferent partsof the bank and with external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership potential,
with the judgement,confidenceand curiosity to take increasing ownership of complex enterprise-wide workovertime.
You’llbring to this role:
- Identifyand progress First Nations economic opportunities across NAB.
- Manage measurement and reporting for key First Nations economic commitments.
- Develop high-quality strategic advice and communications for senior stakeholders.
- Connect people andexpertiseacross the bank to move priorities from idea to delivery.
- Bring First Nations customer, business and community perspectives into strategy and decision-making.
