Type : Casual Contract (12 Months initially with possible extension)

Security Clearance required: NV1 or NV2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Authority (TDA) to lead the architecture, design governance, and technical decision-making for enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Java-based application development, cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevOps practices, and enterprise integration technologies. The TDA will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and govern application architecture, technical standards, and design principles.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security,



performance, and compliance standards.
- Drive API-first development and integration strategies using RESTful services.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC from requirements through production deployment.
- Review code quality, performance optimization, and solution scalability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD best practices and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
- Support production issue analysis and provide strategic technical solutions.
