Agri Talent Pty is seeking a hands-on Workshop 2IC to support the Workshop Manager, coordinating daily workflow while delivering fitting, fabrication, maintenance and breakdown support across feed mill and poultry infrastructure.

You will prioritise daily workshop jobs, guide tradespeople and apprentices on the floor, check quality and permits, and manage tools, consumables and workshop orders to keep operations moving smoothly.
