GenusPlus Group is seeking a Senior Training Advisor to lead training, workforce development and capability functions for major infrastructure projects across Australia. You will ensure qualification, competencies and skills are in place to safely deliver outcomes, while managing budgets and governance.

You will design learning pathways, oversee induction programs, coordinate with RTOs, universities and industry partners, and drive continuous improvement in training systems and reporting.
