The Opportunity

Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare budgeting, forecasting, reporting,



and performance analysis.
- Deliver executive and board reporting with transparent financial insights.
- Analyse revenue, operating costs, capital expenditure, and key business drivers.
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Maintain financial models, controls, and reporting tools.
- Drive process improvement and reporting automation initiatives

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years’ post-audit financial analysis experience.
- Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow reporting, and inter-company analysis.
- Commercial acumen with excellent business partnering and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver insights in a complex, large-scale organisation.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle, Power BI) highly regarded.
