Infinite Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to join our Padstow Heights facility. This full‑time role reports to the General Manager with Clinical Care Manager guidance, ensuring high‑quality, resident‑centred clinical care.

You will mentor RNs/ENs/PCWs, oversee care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and drive onboarding and training to sustain excellence in our not‑for‑profit home. Shifts are Mon–Fri with day/evening options.
