- Salary range of $135K - $155K (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonuses

As a Senior Claims Consultant you will;

- Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (some as low as 35 claims)




- Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals
- Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants
- Be involved in projects and change management.

What You’ll Bring

You’re someone who combines technical capability with strong emotional intelligence.

- Proven experience managing & assessing retail life insurance claims (income protection and/or TPD)
- Robust understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals)
- Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries
