- Deep experience in building Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks for the banking industry
- Process and risk controls identification and assessment
- BCP process and procedure design
- Workshop facilitation with risk, legal and operations SMEs
- Must be willing to do hands-own documentation of framework, requirements, processes, etc.
- Prior Big 4 management consulting firm experience preferred
