Job Description
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the projects, with a strong focus on safety, program and quality. You will lead project teams onsite and in the office, working closely with Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Day-to-Day
n
n
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects
n
- Lead and mentor project teams including Engineers and Supervisors
n
- Oversee project programming, resourcing, and sequencing of works
n
- Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and variations
n
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental requirements
n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
n
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
n
- Provide regular reporting on project progress and performance
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent
n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil infrastructure
n
- Strong background in TMR, SEQ, urban and civil infrastructure project management
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, programs, and project teams
n
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol assessment
n
