ACT Government is seeking an Assistant Director, Animal Care and Programs to lead the operation of the animal care facility and oversee welfare programs within Animal Regulation. The role reports to the Director and leads teams responsible for animal care, impound operations, welfare outcomes, adoptions, rehabilitation and reunification services.

The position is appointed as a Deputy Registrar and Inspector under the Domestic Animals Act 2000 and Animal Welfare Act 1992, with eligibility
