With 13 cafés across South East Queensland (and more on the way), we're looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our Head Office team.

You'll work closely with our Head of Accounts, helping keep the numbers in check while supporting the day-to-day finance function of the business. From accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations, reporting and everything in between, you'll be a big part of keeping things running smoothly.

We're not looking for someone who just wants to process invoices and head home. We want someone who enjoys getting stuck in, notices the little things, asks questions, and likes finding better ways of doing things. As the business grows, so will the role.

What you'll be doing:

Accounts payable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and payments

Accounts receivable, invoicing, receipting, debtor management and rebates

Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining company financials

Supporting the preparation of basic financial reports

Assisting with Head Office inventory, online ordering, credits and returns

Picking and packing store orders for our cafés

Working alongside the Head of Accounts on projects,



process improvements and whatever the business throws our way

About you:

You have 5+ years previous bookkeeping experience and are confident using Xero (preferred).

You have a great eye for detail and genuinely enjoy getting the numbers right.

You can work autonomously, manage your own workload and don't need someone looking over your shoulder.

You're organised, proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed.

You enjoy finding better, more effective ways of doing things.

You're a team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
