Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Experience Host Team Leader for our Port Douglas resort. Lead the onsite Guest Experience Hosts, driving guest satisfaction and smooth check-ins while coordinating tours and events that showcase our timeshare and resort offerings.

You will generate sales appointments for our sales centers and via livestream, build rapport with guests, and work closely with resort operations to ensure top-tier service. Weekend shifts required.
