Metro North Health is seeking a Nurse Manager - Workforce and Patient Flow to coordinate workforce management and patient flow across the Geriatric and Rehabilitation Service within STARS. The role provides operational leadership to optimise resources and ensure secure, sustainable and high-quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will lead workforce and patient flow initiatives, support service planning and performance objectives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise
