TheFinanceManagerCommercial&ReportingisthebusinesspartnerfortheCommercialandITC(InvoicetoCash)functionsincludingSales,TreasuryandCommercialFinancetoensuretheymeetgroup'scontrolsanddefinedprocedures.ThisroleworkscloselywithandmentorsaGCCbasedoffshoresenioranalysttoensurealltheirprocessesareperformedandreviewedasneeded.Thisrole,inconjunctionwiththeCommercialController,isthebusinesspartnerforthesharedservicesfunctionssuchasHR,Legal,Finance,MarketingandAdmin.

Keyresponsibilities

DeliveranalyticalsupportforARAging,cashallocation,baddebtprovisionandforecasting;monitorARhealthandtradespendimpacts.

n

PartnerwithITCtoimproveARandtradespendcontrolprocessesandreporting,includingstandardizationandExcel-enabledautomation.

n

ReviewBalanceSheetreconciliationsforCommercialandSGensuretimelyclearanceofreconcilingitems.

n

SupportexternalauditandkeyaudittimelineswiththeReportingController;ensureauditrequestsaremetaccuratelyandonschedule

n

CoordinatewithFassistwithSOXtestingandindependentcertificationactivities.

n

Ensurenorepeatinternalauditfindingsbychallengingnon-compliantprocessesanddrivingremediationtoclosure.

n

Managestakeholderqueries/issuesandensuretimelyresolutionwithoutdelayingclose,audits,orreporting.
