- Build and optimize automation workflows for COBOL, Java, SQL, and batch applications to improve engineering productivity.

- Implement AI-based safety guardrails and governance controls for environment-sensitive operations.

- Integrate AI solutions with CI/CD pipelines to enhance release quality, traceability, and deployment validation.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, Java, SQL, and Python with expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development.

- Proven experience building AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise engineering and software development workflows.

- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and CI/CD practices.
n
- Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and technical documentation automation in enterprise environments.
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
