About the Prospect

n

Reporting to a Client Director,



you'll take ownership of your own client portfolio while leading client relationships, reviewing technical work and mentoring your team.

n

You'll play an important role in both client success and the continued growth of the business.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing a portfolio of business advisory and compliance clients
n
- Building trusted relationships with business owners
n
- Reviewing taxation and compliance work
n
- Leading and mentoring onshore and offshore team members
n
- Managing workflow, budgets and client profitability
n
- Identifying advisory opportunities across your client base
n
- Converting qualified inbound enquiries into long‐term clients
n
- Supporting team capability and ongoing development
n

About You

n

To be successful, you'll bring:

n

n
- CA or CPA qualification (CA preferred)
n
- Minimum 7 years' experience within Australian Public Practice
n
- Previous leadership or management experience
n
- Strong taxation and business services knowledge
n
- Experience managing your own client portfolio
n
- Excellent relationship‐building and communication skills
n
- Commercial mindset with business development capability
n

n

Highly regarded:

n

- Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
n
- Building and construction industry experience
n
- Experience leading high‐performing teams
n

n

Most importantly, you're commercially minded, enjoy developing long‐term client relationships and are motivated by genuine career progression.
