Churches of Christ in Queensland seeks a Care Manager to lead safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care at our Cardwell aged care service in QLD. You’ll provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, manage governance, and drive resident outcomes in partnership with the Service Manager.

You must hold AHPRA RN registration and have 5+ years in aged care or acute settings, with robust leadership and change‑management skills. CPR cert and driver licence required.
