Jay Jays in Eaton Fairstore is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and delivering outstanding customer service. This role is part time (min 25 hours a week) with weekend, late-night trading and public holiday availability.

You will coach your team, assist with stock management, and contribute to visual merchandising while creating a positive, inclusive work environment in a fashion-forward streetwear setting.
