Lactalis Australia is recruiting an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leaders across Nambour and Richlands. You will drive high-impact HR solutions, lead employee relations and industrial negotiations, and support business performance with expert advisory across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Site Manager with dotted line to the Head of HR - Industrial, you will build leadership capability, foster engagement, and deliver strategic HR initiatives that align with Lactalis
