Job Description

TLC Healthcare in Mordialloc – Whitewater residential aged care home is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant to deliver engaging wellbeing programs for residents.

n

You will plan and deliver lifestyle and wellbeing activities, support one-on-one engagement and group programs, and collaborate with care teams to enhance residents' quality of life. This part time role is 21 hours per week (Mon-Wed 9:30–4, Sun 1–4).
