About the Opportunityn

This is a full-time, permanent role with a leading waste management and recycling company committed to sustainable solutions. Based at our Jandakot WA facility, you’ll join a collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doingn

n
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
n
- Provide financial insights to support commercial decision-making
n
- Monitor cost centre performance and identify improvement opportunities
n
- Partner with operational teams to achieve financial objectives
n
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
n
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
n

What We’re Looking Forn n
- Relevant finance qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
n
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial finance or management accounting
n
- Strong analytical capability with a keen eye for detail
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
n
- Background in manufacturing, operations, or similar industries (desirable)
