About the roleAtIDX Victoriawe are seeking an experienced full-time MRI Supervisor to provideclinical leadership,operational oversight, and workforce development across multiple MRI sites within the North Metro Melbourne region.

n

This is a full-timepositionwithflexibilityto travel toourother MRI sites within the Region including Nth Melbourne, Fairfield, Niddrie, MooneePondsand Sunshine Private and St Albans.

n

Reporting to the MRI Manager and Regional Manager, this role ensures high-quality imaging standards, optimised workflows, protected, compliant practices, while supporting advanced MRI services and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse fleet of MRI systems and vendors.

The position plays a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting staff training and assessment, and standardising MRI practices across sites.

ToBe SuccessfulYou'llNeed

n

Demonstrated leadership and team development experience

n

Experience managing or supporting multi-site MRI services (desirable)

n

Advanced MRI clinicalexpertiseacross multiple systems/platforms

n

Strong understanding of MRI operations, workflow, and quality systems

n

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

n

Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent)

n

AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License

n

SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum)

n

Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position

n

Ability and willingness to travel between sites within the region
