Service Advisor / Receptionist, City Kia (Richmond)

About the Role

n

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcome customers into the service department and provide outstanding customer service
n
- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the servicing process
n
- Schedule service bookings and manage customer appointments
n
- Prepare repair orders, service documentation, and invoices
n
- Communicate repair progress, recommendations, and completion timeframes to customers
n
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
n
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
n




- Learn and follow Kia service processes and manufacturer standards
n

n

About You

n

n
- The successful candidate will preferably have:
n
- Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Confidence interacting with customers in a professional manner
n
- Sound computer and administration skills with the ability to work across multiple systems
n
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
n
- A current and valid driver's licence
n
- Previous Kia experience will be highly regarded
n
