Siteforce Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major stadium construction project on the Gold Coast.

n

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-calibre construction professional who has successfully delivered large-scale commercial projects and knows how to lead from the front.

n

You'll be joining an established construction team on a complex, high-profile build and will play a key role in driving the project through construction and delivery.

n

The Role

n

As Senior Site Manager, you'll take ownership of site operations and work closely with the Project Director and wider delivery team.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations
n
- Leading Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors
n
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
n
- Managing subcontractor performance and productivity
n
- Coordinating major structural, façade, services and finishing packages
n
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and compliance
n
- Managing site logistics on a large and complex construction site
n
- Identifying and resolving construction issues before they impact programme
n
- Working closely with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders
n




- Driving the project through construction, commissioning and handover
n

What We're Looking For

n

We want to speak with proven Senior Site Managers who have delivered major projects within the Australian construction industry.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- 10+ years' commercial construction experience
n
- Robust experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
n
- Experience on projects $100M+ highly regarded
n
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience
n
- Strong programming and subcontractor management skills
n
- Excellent knowledge of WHS, QA and construction methodology
n
- Experience managing large site teams and multiple work fronts
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programme and performance
n

n

Experience across stadiums, major commercial developments, high-rise, hospitals, airports, entertainment venues or other technically complex projects would be highly regarded.

n
