We're partnering with a well-established manufacturer of gardening and horticulture products—including fertilisers, lawn care, pest control, garden sprays and plant propagation products—to recruit reliable Production Workers for their Mt Druitt facility.

Whether you're looking for an early start or an afternoon shift, we have ongoing opportunities with Monday to Friday hours.

Shift Times

Join a leading gardening products manufacturer in Mt Druitt. Ongoing Production Worker roles available on both morning and afternoon shifts with an early finish every Friday.

Morning Shift

n

- Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
n
- Friday: 6:00am - 12:30pm
n

n

Afternoon Shift

n

n
- Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
n
- Friday: 12:30pm - 7:0pm
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n




- Packing products on a fast-paced production line
n
- Maintaining high quality control standards
n
- Safely handling gardening and chemical-based products
n
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and committed with excellent attendance
n
- Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience (highly regarded)
n
- Comfortable working with chemical-based products and following safety procedures
n
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
n
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
