Therolefocusesonconvertingleads,maintainingconsistentcommunication,andsupportingthesalespipeline,withperformancemeasuredprimarilyonleadconversionandengagementquality.Youwillworkremotelywhilecollaboratingcloselywiththeteamthroughstructuredcheck-insanddailyupdates.

Requirements:

- 1–3yearsexperienceinsales,telemarketing,orleadgeneration

- StrongEnglishcommunicationskills,bothverbalandwritten
n
- ExperienceorexposuretotheAustralianrealestatemarketishighlypreferred

- Abilitytoworkindependentlyinaremotesetupwithhighaccountability
n
- Strongresponsivenessandcommunicationdiscipline(e.g.,Slack,WhatsApp)
n
- Comfortableworkingpart-timehoursalignedtoMelbournetime(2:00PM–6:00PM)

- Highlyorganizedwiththeabilitytomanageleadsandfollow-upseffectively
