We are supporting a leading global technology company in hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer (SE) to support its continued growth in the Australian market.

This is a highly customer facing technical role, working closely with the sales team to support major enterprise opportunities through solution consultation, technical presentations, product demonstrations, project support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pre sales technical support for the Australian market, working closely with Account Managers on major enterprise opportunities.
- Engage customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct solution presentations, technical discussions and on site product demonstrations / demos.
- Support solution planning and proposal development throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for projects, including post-sales issues where required.
- Support the development of large enterprise customers and System Integrator (SI) partners.
- Work closely with overseas pre sales and R&D; teams on technical requirements and solutions.




- Support local offline marketing activities and customer-facing events when required.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant IT / technical experience.
- Experience within IT hardware, communications, AV, display, video conferencing or related technology products would be advantageous.
- Strong technical aptitude with valuable customer requirement analysis and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable conducting customer visits, technical presentations and on-site demonstrations independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role requires regular coordination with China-based technical/R&D; teams.
- Existing Australian working rights / local status required.
- Candidates with strong IT hardware/product technical support experience, good communication skills and solid hands-on customer-facing experience are welcome to explore the chance.
