Position Overview

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
n
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and service standards.
n
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
n
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier orders to ensure smooth operations.
n
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene,



and safety standards while maintaining a well-organized kitchen.
n
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant.
n
- Strong knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques, flavor balancing, and food presentation.
n
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a relevant culinary qualification.
n
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.
