Bringing together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both organisations, Omnia builds on more than 50 years of experience delivering health and wellbeing services within the not-for-profit sector.
We offer a broad range of services across the lifespan including general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from our sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach across surrounding communities.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Allied Health Assistant (grade 2), to join our team on a part‑time basis. Based at our sites at Broadford, Wallan, Seymour and Kinglake, this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high‑quality services to the community.
As an Allied Health Assistant, working under the guidance of allied health professionals, you will provide support in areas such as speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, diabetes education and dietetics to facilitate the effective delivery of programs and services.
About You
You will:
- Hold a Ccertificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance.
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the allied health assistant scope of practice.
- Have strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Identify clients who may need additional input from the allied health professional, including escalation of care when required.
