We are looking for a high performing State Sales Manager - VIC to drive regional success
We are seeking a State Sales Manager to join our driven Sales Team and lead business development and account management for the Urban channel state-wide. The ideal candidate would drive revenue by building strong relationships with builders and merchants.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic direction, management, and coaching to the State Sales Team.
- Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and grow new partnerships and key opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams.
- Monitor competitors and contribute to market strategy.
- Maintain strong internal relationships and update knowledge regularly.
About You
- 3 + years sales experience in building, construction or manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of the residential building market
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills
- Initiative, problem-solving ability and customer focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Willingness to travel as required.
