As the Registered Nurse, you will:

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient-centred care

About You
n
We're looking for a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
n
- Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
n
- Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Department.
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and clinical skills to assess patient needs, develop and document person-centred care plans, and coordinate safe, effective and timely discharge or transfer.
n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while responding confidently and flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
n
n
A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
