CGC Recruitment are partnering with a high-end residential builder based in the Inner West of Sydney. They have been operating for nearly 10 years delivering architectural designed homes across Sydney and the Southern Highlands up to $15m. With new projects kicking off, they are looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager to come in and start a project in Dover Heights.

The builder is looking to bring in a site manager who has recently delivered homes over $5m in the Eastern Suburbs and has solid track record working in high end residential. You will be joining a solid team and work closely with the project manager and director.

You will be working on a $7m knockdown rebuild in Dover Heights and have good quality subcontractors in place throughout the project. This is a Monday to Friday role.

The Role

n

- Manage the day-to-day site operations on high-end residential projects valued at $5M+
n
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standard
n
- Maintain programme and drive productivity across all stages of construction
n
- Work closely with project managers, architects,



designers and clients throughout the build
n
- Ensure all WHS requirements, quality control and compliance standards are met
n
- Deliver projects with exceptional attention to detail and workmanship
n

About You

n

n
- Trade qualified Carpenter with a robust understanding of high-end residential construction
n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end architectural homes valued over $5M
n
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and high-quality finishes
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and build positive site cultures
n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
n
- Well organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
