Your Current Role
n
Sitting within our Corporate Development team in the Member Growth division, this role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of strategic growth activity, supporting M&A; opportunities and positioning Aware Super as a partner of choice.
n
You'll be responsible for analysing potential merger opportunities, supporting market engagement, and contributing to the development of strategic business cases that drive long-term member outcomes. Key Responsibilities will include:
n
Conduct market scans and analyse potential merger targets using internal and external data
n
Develop and maintain detailed target profiles and insights
n
Support merger readiness assessments and identify opportunities to strengthen positioning
n
Contribute to RFP responses, proposals and stakeholder engagement materials
n
Support due diligence processes and development of business cases for merger opportunities
n
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, investments, product and legal
n
How do you exceed our expectations?
n
You're commercially curious, analytical and comfortable working across complex data and stakeholder environments. You bring:
n
Experience in corporate development, strategy consulting, M&A;, or financial analysis
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
Confidence preparing executive-level presentations and insights
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A degree in Commerce, Finance, Business or a related discipline (preferred)
n
